A New Chapter at Radical Wellness – Memphis

We extend heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Melody Barron on her retirement. While the TMJ and Sleep Therapy Centre of Memphis has closed, we’re excited to introduce Radical Wellness – Memphis, continuing the legacy of airway growth and development services, including Myobrace® and myofunctional therapy.

Radical Wellness is also home to our flagship location in Franklin, TN, known for its holistic, airway-focused approach to dental and wellness care. Dr. Paige Prather, DDS—a biological and airway-centered dentist with deep expertise in TMJ disorders, sleep-disordered breathing, and functional dentistry—is overseeing the Memphis practice. While primarily based in Franklin, she will continue guiding the clinical vision in Memphis to ensure exceptional whole-body care.

Though Dr. Prather has not acquired Dr. Barron’s former practice, Radical Wellness is an independent office committed to offering continuity of care for former patients. We are also welcoming new patients seeking airway-focused care.

By opening this location, we’re making it easier for families—especially those who have traveled to Franklin—to access consistent, high-quality care locally.

We’re thrilled that Nichole Parker, the trusted Certified Myobrace® Educator patients know and love, will continue providing Myobrace® and myofunctional therapy services at the Memphis office.
